Uploading data via FTP

    1. We need the username and password for the relevant domain in the control panel 
    2. 'Find Domain Name' > 'Log Into Customer CP' > then under the 'Http Details' section you will see the username and password 
    3. You will also need the right software for connecting via FTP, FileZilla works well but feel free to find your own
    4. Note the following information: Host (ftp.domainname.com usually) | Username | Password | Port - 21
    5. Then we select connect and we should see the relevant directory listing for the domain and its web files - mission complete!
    6. You can now change permissions, upload, download or delete files to/from your web-hosting.
