How do I send from other email addresses?

By default users are only permitted to send from their own email address. You can however configure additional mappings so that users can send from other email addresses, such as shared mailboxes or other team members.

In the Email Administration section of the domain in the Elite Portal, click on the user in question.



In the section called Sender Restrictions sub section you can add a new sender email address for this account:



Once added the user will be immediately allowed to send from that additional email address identity.
