- From your home page go to Settings from the left-hand side menu
- Select Filters – you will notice initially that there are none set up so you may add and adjust these as required
- Click the Create icon on the right hand side to create the new filter/blacklist
- Enter a filter name – Blacklist
- Using the drop down menus for Scope, Rules, Actions you can create rules to allow full domains or specific email addresses to be blacklisted
- Once the Blacklist has been created click Save
