Elite mail settings for email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, MacMail etc.)

Elite Limited has updated its email system. You will need to update your email client's Inbound and Outbound Hostnames.

For Step by Step guides for popular email clients please see the attached file guides located at the bottom of this article.

The following are the required settings for inbound and outbound hostnames.

Inbound:
Hostname: mail.elite.uk
IMAP Port: 143 or 993 with SSL/TLS
Username: Email address
Authentication: Password
Encryption: Auto

Outbound:
SMTP Port: 25 or 587 with SSL/TLS
Username: Email address
Authentication: Password
Encryption: Auto
Please use the same password for incoming and outgoing.

Please ensure you are using the same username and password for both inbound and outbound mail.

It is recommended that you use an IMAP email account, POP email accounts will still function however as it is recommended you

set up a new IMAP account due to POP being slowly phased out.

If you are unable to connect to email with the updated settings please go to our webmail service to access your mail.
